Yesware today announced a new attachment tracking capability, which gives sales reps insight into which prospects are most interested.
Yesware Attachment tracking provides email analytics, shared templates, and CRM sync. It tracks attachments uploaded and Google Drive files inserted into email messages and tells the user when the attachment is opened, who opens it, and where the attachment is opened.

The new feature gives sales reps a clear picture of which leads are most interested, so time isn't wasted following up with dead leads. The tool is just there, right within your email, so using it doesn't add any extra steps to the sales process."
