Yesware today announced a new attachment tracking capability, which gives sales reps insight into which prospects are most interested.
Yesware Attachment tracking provides email analytics, shared templates, and CRM sync. It tracks attachments uploaded and Google Drive files inserted into email messages and tells the user when the attachment is opened, who opens it, and where the attachment is opened.
"Attachment Tracking makes Yesware's arsenal even more powerful. The new feature gives sales reps a clear picture of which leads are most interested, so time isn't wasted following up with dead leads. This means reps can be more productive and close deals faster, which is extremely important, especially as we continue to increase our local presence. The more efficient our sales process, the easier it is to win over great businesses," said Dathan Brown, project analyst of internal tools and processes at Groupon, in a statement. "I would expect the majority of our 1,000 Yesware users to use Attachment Tracking, because like all of Yesware's features, it fits seamlessly into their existing workflows. The tool is just there, right within your email, so using it doesn't add any extra steps to the sales process."
