TrustRadius Launches TrustQuotes on the Salesforce AppExchange

TrustRadius, the peer research and customer voice platform, has launched TrustQuotes for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange. TrustQuotes for Salesforce arms sales teams with their best customer proof directly in Salesforce.

TrustQuotes for Salesforce automatically syncs customer quotes from TrustRadius reviews into Salesforce and dynamically suggests review excerpts based on context from leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Reps can now find the right customer proof to personalize outreach email with applicable customer quotes, advance deals with authentic customer reviews that reinforce key product strengths and competitive differentiators, and streamline reference checks by providing targeted, relevant, third-party user reviews.
