Talkwalker, providers of a social data intelligence platform, has launched the Talkwalker Content Analytics IQ app to help marketers use social media data to bring in leads from their content marketing efforts.

"Content marketing is fast becoming the most important avenue that brands use to drive traffic to their Web sites and social channels to create new leads and prospects. But marketers need intelligible social media data in order to understand exactly what kind of content they should be posting on each channel for maximum effect," said Todd Grossman, Talkwalker CEO Americas, in a statement. "The Talkwalker Content Analytics IQ app makes this process seamless. In a matter of seconds, brands, organizations, and even individuals can see what kind of content is making waves in their niche and adapt their content marketing strategy accordingly."

Split into three sections, the Content Analytics IQ app gives marketers deep social media insight into the performance of their social channels, general content trends, and competitive intelligence.

Using the new app marketers can now leverage social media analytics to do the following:

  • Improve targeting by using social trend data to customize content by channel;
  • Optimize content visibility by finding the best time to post on each media channel;
  • Refine content strategy by using KPIs to identify the content that performs best in their industry; and
  • Amplify the reach of their content by unearthing the top influencers in their field.

The new IQ App will be available to all Talkwalker subscribers in addition to the six IQ apps launched earlier this year.
