SutiSoft Adds Features to SutiCRM

SutiSoft, a provider of cloud-based mobile business management solutions, has added features to SutiCRM, its online customer management software.

Included in the updated offering is Campaign ROI, an application to help companies track how each lead was generated so they can modify marketing goals to stay up-to-date on dynamic business conditions. Reports generated can be filtered by date, employee, and region.

With the new Dashboard customization feature, users can view data in the form of lists, charts, and tasks. SutiCRM now provides an option to create and customize the dashboard  and generate charts and define criteria by region, team, or date.

The software also now provides a set of security features that define permissions to access data. Users can do the following:

  • Define rules that help share data with team members, subordinates, and managers;
  • Set module-level permissions for users based on roles; and
  • Define the access level whether the user can view or view or edit data.

An added Visitor tracking feature provides a holistic view of all the details related to site visitors, such as country, region, and ZIP codes and helps companies find the views and Web form submissions by applying filters such as country, date, city, source, and referral URL.
