Surefire Social today launched a campaign and content management feature to SurePulse, its digital marketing platform. Users can manage workflow with a calendar and approval processes.

SurePulse enables businesses to control their marketing activities and evaluate ROI with one platform. Content publishing is the third major feature addition to SurePulse this year. The other two, released earlier this year, are the ability to listen to and tag phone calls, and management of Google My Business pages.

"It's critical for business owners to measure the effectiveness of their lead generation dollars and to have control, transparency, and understanding of the ROI from marketing activities," said Chris Marentis, founder and CEO of Surefire Social, in a statement. "Those dollars are spent across multiple digital channels and must all be tracked. Through SurePulse, we collect results from Web, mobile, social, and directories, and provide easy SEO, social media, and local directory management. Local business owners can either operate their marketing themselves or have us do it for them."

Using SurePulse, businesses can measure, control, and optimize performance of multiple marketing campaigns and channels. The platform brings together data from Web site, mobile, social, reputation, local directories, Google Adword/PPC, and social advertising channels, all into one interactive interface.

In addition to the existing marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators in one place, the new SurePulse publishing feature allows businesses to publish to social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Foursquare, and Instagram; the Web; internal blogs; and local directories.

All Surefire Social marketing customers get access to SurePulse.
