Splice Software, a provider of automated, data-driven dialogues for customer experience management, will be launching its Dialog Dashboard at the National Retail Federation's Annual Convention & Expo in New York next month.
The Dashboard is the fourth cloud-based module of the Splice Dialog Suite, which also includes the Dialog Controller for data capture, the Dialog Builder for creation of one-to-one audio assets, and the Dialog Director for voice campaign management. The Dashboard provides insight and perspective into all media channels.
