SplendidCRM Releases Version 10.4
SplendidCRM Software has launched version 10.4, an update that includes a number of features requested by users.
"A number of our larger customers have requested productivity features to ease management of hundreds of users, and a number of our international customers have requested enhanced quote management for agents in the field," said Paul Rony, president and founder of SplendidCRM Software, in a statement.
Through the use of role-based layouts, CRM system administrators can make sure that each user only sees the data that is relevant to his role within the company. A new drag-and-drop layout manager helps create and modify these role-based layouts. The use of custom tags allows search across modules for related data.
Built-in document signing helps mobile agents execute quotes and contracts on-site. ZIP Code lookup and active currency conversion ensure the accuracy of quotes and contracts. SplendidCRM includes a free U.S. ZIP Code database, but data from other countries can be imported. Integration with currencylayer adds support for 168 world currencies and includes support for the Free Plan.
SplendidCRM has embraced the new add-in architecture of Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 to provide a Web-based app for Outlook. This new add-in will provide an integrated CRM experience in your inbox in Windows or in any browser supported by Outlook Web Access. The addin provides access to relevant information through a view that is fully customizable by the CRM administrator.
SplendidCRM has also expanded its hosted deployment regions to include the newly supported Microsoft Azure Canada regions, bringing the total number of regions to 13. SplendidCRM supports hosted deployment to data centers in Iowa, Virginia, Illinois, Texas, California, Ireland, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka, Toronto, and Quebec City.
