Speakeasy Integrates CRM into Conference Calls

Speakeasy today launched in-call engagement features and seamless integration to customer relationship management (CRM) systems for sales professionals to extend the value of conference calls across the enterprise.

Designed for the mobile user, the Speakeasy conference calling app and Web client connect people with a PIN-less interface.

The new call engagement features include the following:

  • Notes and Tasks: Secure team notes as well as assignable tasks.
  • Mobile Presentations: Call organizers can now share files from Box, DropBox, and Google Drive and lead presentations with attendees directly from their mobile phones.
  • Participant Sentiment: Organizers can receive and share sentiment on participants with all attendees.
  • In-App Social Profiles: Call organizers can see and engage with attendees via LinkedIn and Twitter.

Timed for release at Dreamforce, Speakeasy is also offering a specific sales-focused solution addressing the needs of sales executives.

The sales specific solution brings customer data from the CRM into conference calls and offers a sales-team back channel. By automatically logging call details, including notes, participation, documents, and files shared, directly to the opportunity and contact records, the conference call experience becomes a shared story that is accessible to all stakeholders within the enterprise.

"Voice is the richest medium of communication, yet conference calls are incredibly under-utilized assets for companies today," said Reza Mohsin, Speakeasy's co-founder and CEO, in a statement. "With our sales offering, sales teams and their customers will have smarter, more productive conversations that build deeper, more meaningful relationships while working in exactly the way that they want to work."
