Shift today launched Ultimate Account on the Salesforce AppExchange. The app is built on the Salesforce1 platform.

Ultimate Account provides greater visibility and control over complex accounts. With one click, users can gain a 360-degree view of all account activity, drill down to individual sub-account details, and assign custom filters that help pinpoint opportunities, trends, activities, and revenue streams.

"Companies that manage complex accounts often have a difficult time seeing into those accounts clearly and holistically," said Rashed Ahmad, director of product development at Shift CRM, in a statement. "We built Ultimate Account so customers can see account hierarchies and opportunities clearly, enabling smarter, more profitable decision making. We are proud to partner with Salesforce AppExchange to help customers see accounts in a whole new way."

"Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners, and employees to thrive in today's connected world," said Ron Huddleston, senior vice president of global AppExchange and partner programs at Salesforce, in a statement. "By leveraging the power of the Salesforce1 Platform, Shift CRM provides customers with the proven social, mobile, and connected cloud technologies to accelerate business success."
