Rise Interactive to Acquire SimpleRelevance
The deal helps Rise Interactive bring personalization to digital marketing.

Rise Interactive, a digital marketing and analytics agency, has acquired SimpleRelevance, provider of a platform that personalizes marketing messages using machine learning. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition will enhance Rise's cross-channel personalization capabilities, enabling it to use machine learning and predictive analytics to deliver personalized digital marketing messages. Rise's analytically-driven approach will be further supported through SimpleRelevance's ability to turn customer data into actionable individualized recommendations.
