MobiChat Launches with Real-Capture Technology to Streamline Mobile Engagement

Mobile chat platform MobiChat launched its services with the unveiling of its Real Capture platform, designed to enable customers to complete mobile forms right inside of the chat.

MobiChat, which is designed for all smartphones, connects businesses with consumers via our desktop CRM, mobile apps, or API. When a user visits a mobile site and seeks to chat with a live person, he will click on the chat and be instantly connected. The replies are captured, validated, and posted just like a form would. After the data is captured, Real Capture can redirect the customer to another URL, give a phone number to click, or agents can continue the dialogue.

"We built MobiChat because we wanted to help companies provide a better customer experience to mobile users," said Douglas Petrie, co-founder of MobiChat, in a statement. "Our platform serves two important purposes: one-on-one mobile engagement and simplicity in capturing customer information."
