Marketing Systems Group, a provider of products, information, and services to the survey research community, has released U-Dial, a manual dialing system to address the FCC clarifications (to the original TCPA) released in June of 2015 on the use of automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS).

"We are excited to be able to provide the industry with the means to minimize the risks associated with dialing cellular numbers in today's regulatory environment," said MSG President Jerry Oberkofler in a statement. "We wanted to offer the quality control features needed by research call centers while keeping TCPA compliance our main priority."

U-Dial provides monitoring, quality control, and recording functions. Supervisors can manage interviewers, on site or remotely, with full silent monitoring. U-Dial has flexible recording options and can be set to record complete interviews or select questions. Additionally, U-Dial can play pre-recorded sound files through the phone to the respondent. U-Dial is compatible with SIP or analog/digital telephony networks.
