Market Force Releases Eyes:On Mobile App

Market Force Information, a provider of customer experience management and mystery shopping, has launched Eyes:On, a mobile app that lets mystery shoppers view available assignments in their areas, select their desired assignments, and submit shopping reports, all from their mobile devices.

The Eyes:On app helps mystery shoppers find and complete assignments directly from their smartphones. Push notifications alert shoppers to available assignments nearby. Using the Eyes:On app, Market Force mystery shoppers can view available opportunities within 10 miles of their current locations or home addresses. Opportunities can be viewed as maps or lists and include details on the type of assignment, location, dates, and payment or reimbursement amounts. Once a user is deemed qualified for the assignment, he can select and confirm his desired date. Reports can be completed and submitted through the Eyes:On app, and shoppers can upload supporting documentation, such as images, receipts, and business cards.

Market Force offers more than 400,000 mystery shoppers across the globe who visit restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, clothing stores, and other retailers and report back on elements such as service, food quality, and cleanliness.

"Our mystery shoppers come from all walks of life, but one commonality is that the majority own a mobile device and enjoy the convenience it offers," said Cheryl Flink, chief strategy officer at Market Force, in a statement. "By offering this new level of mobility, we're making it possible for shoppers to take on more opportunities in a given day, complete assignments while on the road, and quickly submit their post-shop reports on the spot."

Eyes:On is free and available for iPhone and Android. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
