Maritz Releases MaritzCX for Salesforce on the AppExchange

MaritzCX has launched MaritzCX for Salesforce on Salesforce AppExchange. The new MaritzCX app, built on the Salesforce1 Platform, integrates customer experience insights from the MaritzCX platform into Salesforce views and workflows. It allows account managers and case workers to view data and take action from any device and any location, providing a single system for seeing, sensing, and acting on the experiences of every customer, at every touch point.

Built for the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, which brings together cloud apps for sales, service, marketing, community, and analytics, MaritzCX for Salesforce is currently available on the AppExchange.

The MaritzCX app provides Salesforce customers with insights from the MaritzCX platform, which manages and consolidates customer intelligence from multiple channels, including the following:

  • Customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Social media comments;
  • SMS and mobile feedback;
  • Receipt-based surveys;
  • Telephone hotlines; and
  • Email and online surveys.

Combined with native Salesforce dashboards, this full customer view helps employees diagnose customer problems and drive action.

MaritzCX for Salesforce also creates and manages new cases within Salesforce and integrates with Salesforce Chatter, making use of existing Salesforce workflows and assignment processes.

MaritzCX was formed in November following Maritz' acquisition of Allegiance Software.
