InvisibleCRM Launches Chatter Enterprise

InvisibleCRM has introduced Chatter Enterprise for Outlook, an integrated solution that Salesforce.com Chatter users can use to access and manage within their Microsoft Outlook email inbox.

InvisibleCRM's Chatter Enterprise for Outlook is an instant way for the entire company to use the business social networking tool. Chatter Enterprise for Outlook allows users to see posts and updates that are related to the selected email. They can select a portion or the entire email and post it to a Chatter feed that is related to CRM objects like opportunities, cases, or accounts with one click. They can ask advice to the expert network and get instant answers instead of playing voicemail tag. They can also respond to Chatter feeds asking advice or help on topics where they are experts.

invisibleCRM in June released SalesDesktop for Office 365 and Outlook 2013, an integration tool bringing CRM data into Microsoft Outlook.

Last year, invisibleCRM announced similar integrations with SAP applications.
