Interactive Intelligence Launches PureCloud Engage for Salesforce

Interactive Intelligence Group, a provider of cloud services for customer engagement, communications, and collaboration, has launched PureCloud Engage for Salesforce on the Salesforce.com AppExchange. The app is built on the Salesforce.com App Cloud.

PureCloud Engage is delivered from the Interactive Intelligence PureCloud platform, the company's latest cloud solution architected as a set of stateless, independently load-balanced microservices running on Amazon Web Services.

Interactive Intelligence PureCloud Engage for Salesforce offers the following features:

  • Rules-driven screen-pop, where user data, such as caller ID, dialed number, case number, and email address, drives a screen-pop of the associated Salesforce.com contact, lead, or case;
  • Embedded interaction management control to help users manage, track and queue calls, email, Web chats, and callbacks from within the Salesforce.com user interface;
  • Presence management, offering a number of real-time status settings for improved collaboration; and
  • Unified interaction reporting integrated with Salesforce.com.
