IOVOX Releases Insights Call Analytics
IOVOX Insights enables telecom service providers to monetize call data while delivering value-added analytics to clients.

IOVOX, a provider of cloud-based telephone analytics, today introduced IOVOX Insights, which enables service providers to transform their customers' static call data into visual and actionable information.

"Traditional phone bills don't tell a story of business performance," said Ryan Gallagher, founder and CEO of IOVOX, in a statement. "This can be extremely debilitating if your business relies on phone leads. But once a business realizes they are missing 20 percent or more of their calls during certain periods of the day, they immediately recognize the value of dynamic and interactive analytics. IOVOX Insights enables service providers to lock in existing revenue while creating a foundation for upsell."

IOVOX Insights is configurable for multiple go-to-market strategies, including an integrated single sign-on. The Insights solution can also track and visualize the following elements:

  • Call arrivals by date and time;
  • Calls’ geographic origins;
  • Unique versus repeat calls;
  • Missed calls; and
  • Marketing and advertising attribution through virtual numbers from the service provider.

Among other cloud platforms, IOVOX Insights integrates with Broadsoft, a system used by more than 700 customers in 90 countries and representing more than 12 million seats of hosted PBX services.
