Gagein yesterday announced that its proactive selling solution, Gagein for Salesforce (G4SF), is now available to all Salesforce Sales Cloud users. G4SF delivers real-time news that identifies high-value prospects for Salesforce users, pinpointing when and why to call on them to maximize sales.
Gagein's patent-pending SmartTRACK technology uses artificial intelligence to follow millions of public and private companies. Through G4SF users can search media and company Web sites and refine the resulting big data to find actionable trigger events that provide the perfect timing and the compelling reason to engage with a prospect. In addition, G4SF aggregates the company, personnel, competitive, and social background information. G4SF delivers this information directly into each Salesforce account.
G4SF is a native Salesforce Force.com application that is seamlessly integrated into the Salesforce Sales Cloud and workflow. Actionable news and background information is delivered into every account; new accounts, leads, and contacts can be created; and breaking news is posted to the Salesforce users Chatter feed.
