Extole Launches Loyalty & Membership
Extole Loyalty & Membership helps retailers reward new customers at signup and advocates post-purchase.

Extole, providers of an advocate marketing platform, has launched Loyalty & Membership, a retail-specific advocate marketing solution.

The Loyalty & Membership solution includes reward after signup, a new feature that directly enables retailers to reward prospective customers for signing up and then reward advocates when those friends complete purchases.

Beyond reward on signup, the Loyalty & Membership solution also includes additions to the Extole platform API. Specifically, a new API to issue account credits and loyalty points blends Extole issued rewards into the existing account and point systems of Extole's retail clients.

Additional capabilities and benefits include the following:

  • Dashboard visibility-Through the Extole analytics dashboard, retailers gain visibility into the direct revenue impact of their advocates as well as signup rates.
  • Program Performance Overview-The dashboard further provides an understanding of accounts created versus purchases.
  • Easy implementation, with features designed to help retailers start quickly, including a visual creative editor, automatic mobile responsive experiences, Akamai-delivered tags and content, and automated reward delivery.
