Engagor, providers of a platform for real-time customer engagement, social media monitoring, and analytics, today announced Engagor Mobile, a new iOS app letting brands and enterprises engage in on-the-go social customer service 24/7. Anytime, anywhere access to Engagor's platform means social media teams can now manage their inboxes, interact with customers, view analytics, collaborate with social team members, and more, all from their iOS mobile device.
Engagor Mobile syncs with the Web platform in real time. It runs the same functionality as the Web platform, allowing users to immediately publish messages on one or all social channels, engage with customers, access contextual information on social users, search for conversations and brand mentions, collaborate with team members and make assignments, and approve social content from team members.

European Service Network (ESN) is a Brussels-based communications agency that uses Engagor to inform clients' digital communication strategies, including their social content and engagement. A customer since 2013, ESN currently operates a European Union-wide project to stimulate social interactions and bonds between European institutions and citizens. Social media teams in all 28 EU member states are using Engagor to interact with their online communities.

Engagor Mobile is now available free to all Engagor customers worldwide and can be downloaded by visiting the Apple store.
