Campaign Monitor, a provider of email marketing and automation software, today introduced Visual Journey Designer, an app that helps marketers create drag-and-drop customer journeys that automatically send personalized, timely and relevant marketing offers.

Campaign Monitor's Visual Journey Designer is completely integrated into the Campaign Monitor technology suite. The new Visual Journey Designer can be used to create customer journeys that are triggered automatically based on real-time customer data, include custom rules that deliver dynamic, highly personalized experiences, and deliver campaigns that display perfectly on every modern device.

Visual Journey Designer empowers leading brands to automatically send personalized, timely and relevant marketing offers, including the following:

  • Virgin Experience Days sends automated welcome campaigns to incentivize initial purchases.
  • BuzzFeed delivers automated educational content to drive site visitors and increase ad sales.
  • Broadway.com sends personalized journeys to Web site signups to drive ticket sales.
  • Sephora runs automated loyalty campaigns to send VIP offers that drive repeat purchases.
  • Jaybird uses automated product cross-sell campaigns triggered from its e-commerce platform.
  • St. Jude's Children's Hospital deploys automated re-engagement campaigns to bring back donors.
