Callidus Software, a provider of cloud-based sales, marketing, learning, and customer experience solutions, today unveiled the SPM Quick-Start package to help companies start sales coaching, lift quota attainment, and transform sales performance.

The SPM Quick-Start package delivers visibility across the sales organization, helping identify the characteristics and activities of top-tier sales professionals and harness that knowledge to improve performance across the sales force. The package bundles together the most critical features in a fixed-cost, fixed-timeframe model. As part of the implementation, CallidusCloud will identify key performance indicators and leverage vertical best practices and ready-made templates.

"The SPM Quick-Start package delivers coaching in a modern, slick, new mobile-centric user interface and offers an efficient way to streamline hundreds of coaching interactions across your entire sales organization, making coaching consistent, repeatable, and measurable," said Jimmy Duan, executive vice president and chief technology officer at CallidusCloud, in a statement. "Coaching is a proven way to drive sales rep productivity and lift quota attainment. This new SPM Quick-Start package makes it easy for customers to deliver effective coaching."
