CallRingTalk Launches Music on Hold
New tool lets companies play customized audio while callers wit on hold for a live agent.

Call Ring Talk has officially launched its Music on Hold service, which comes standard with all Plus+ accounts. Music on Hold plays customized audio to callers while waiting for a representative.

"Every moment a caller is on the hold is an opportunity to make a sale or promote a product,” said Bryant Lee, director of engineering at Call Ring Talk, in a statement. "Our Music on Hold feature allows you to leverage every second of this time into a valuable marketing tool."

To help companies manage custom Music on Hold, Call Ring talk offers an advanced online dashboard. Call Ring Talk also offers a faxing solution, which allows users to receive incoming faxes electronically by e-mail.

Add to that, "we offer straight-forward, flat pricing along with industry-leading flexibility and customization of services," Lee added.
