Bpm'online, a vendor of cloud-based software for marketing, sales, and service automation, has released an updated version 7.5 of bpm'online real estate, a CRM system for commercial and residential real estate companies. The latest version delivers more customization capabilities, enhanced Multiple Listing Service (MLS) integration, and extended features for listing and contract management.

Enhanced MLS integration allows available listings to be pulled directly into bpm'online real estate in a matter of seconds. This allows importing relevant MLS data and photos to better connect the home buyer and seller. Once a new listing is added to bpm'online real estate, the system will automatically select relevant customer requests and send a notification to the agent.

To simplify the preparation and approval of contracts, a Contracts section has been added to bpm'online real estate. This latest update allows agents to manage all contracts, related specifications, and agreements. Bpm'online real estate allows the user to create contracts manually or automatically and keep track of contract details and the history of amendments and approvals. With the help of built-in analytics tools, users can analyze the dynamics of closing deals and obtain statistical data on various indicators.

The latest version of the bpm'online real estate application inherits all the benefits and innovations of bpm'online 7.5 platform. A unified System Designer combines all customization and administrative tools, providing extended capabilities for system customization, including the structure of workplaces, communication channels, and the ability to personalize the system by adding logos and corporate color schemes. The updated administration capabilities help manage user roles and access rights based on organizational structure and functional roles.
