BoostOptix Releases Free BoostBasics Email Productivity Solution

BoostOptix has launched a free productivity solution, BoostBasics, complementing productivity tools like Yesware and Cirrus.

The solution, found on the Salesforce AppExchange, captures all inbound and outbound email communication between organizations and their customers. BoostBasics does this automatically and is completely free for unlimited users.

"BoostBasics is the answer to the biggest problem for CRM success: to make sure the data in Salesforce.com is always accurate and up to date," said Nate Bride, CEO at BoostOptix, in a statement. "What we found in our market research was that 65 percent of customer communication goes through email. Our focus is solving this manual problem with adding emails, especially the valuable inbound emails."

BoostBasics does the following:

  • Attaches inbound and outbound email in Salesforce;
  • Provides analytics on customer responsiveness;
  • Creates threaded email activities in Salesforce; and
  • Works automatically across all email providers, with no plugins.
