Benbria, a provider of text and mobile customer engagement solutions will unveil its Loop Text & Mobile Customer Engagement solution next week.
Loop helps staff and guests engage with one another in a personal dialog using text, Web chat, native app, email, Web site, or kiosk. Loop allows retaurant patrons to rate their satisfaction levels based on food quality, service, and cleanliness. In-store, drive-thru, and take-out guests can enter their Loop ratings on a mobile Web-based app. In-store guests can also enter their Loop ratings on iPads located at kiosks in the restaurants.
Loop text & mobile guest engagement will help restaurants do the following:

This lets managers monitor trends, dips in performance, and successes in real time. Reports are scaled from the regional view to show hierarchical data at a corporate level.
