Technology distributor Avant has signed a partner agreement with Interactive Intelligence Group to offer its partners the Interactive Intelligence customer engagement cloud solution PureCloud Engage.

Interactive Intelligence's PureCloud Engage is an omnichannel cloud solution with a microservice architecture built atop the Amazon Web Services Cloud. PureCloud Engage functionality includes omnichannel routing, speech-enabled IVR, recording, quality management, outbound campaigns, CRM integrations, graphical scripting, the ability to plug into other apps and cloud services, and unified communications and collaboration capabilities.
