Answers Launches Shopper Ratings Product Reviews Platform

Answers, a provider of cloud-based solutions that help brands, retailers, and organizations measure, predict, and improve the customer experience, has launched Shopper Ratings, a platform for authentic product reviews, to expand its Answers Cloud Services (ACS) suite of products.

Like Shopper Answers, launched by Answers in late 2013, Shopper Ratings enables brands and retailers to capture the voice of their customers. It powers the generation, publishing, and instant syndication of trusted ratings and reviews from verified customers.

The Shopper Ratings platform is a scalable, fully managed solution for both brand and retailer Web sites. Shopper Ratings provides the flexibility to generate product reviews through multiple channels, including through review submission forms on a site’s product pages, and through branded, post-purchase email sent directly to customers. Answers also offers moderation for all submitted reviews, ensuring authenticity and compliance with reviews guidelines.

"We are excited to add Shopper Ratings to our ever-expanding suite of products that measure and improve the customer experience for clients. Capturing timely feedback from customers is critical for understanding and meeting their needs. Shopper Ratings is a key component of any brand or retailer's strategy for capturing voice of customer, increasing consumer confidence and driving sales," said Jim Yang, senior vice president of products, Marketing and Client Services for Answers, in a statement.

Shopper Ratings exists on the same technological platform that powers the Answers premium syndication network, comprised of hundreds of the leading online retail destinations. Clients can collect and publish their user-generated reviews, then instantly distribute these reviews inline with rich product content that enhances the shopper experience across desktop and mobile devices.
