Alorica Partners with Salesforce

Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, has partnered with Salesforce to deliver advanced customer experience solutions based on the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.

By integrating Salesforce software with other customer support technologies, Alorica hopes to provide customer service representatives with complete customer data at their fingertips.
