Acxiom Enhances Customer Recognition Capabilities

Acxiom, a data, analytics, and software-as-a-service company, today announced enhancements to its proprietary recognition technology, AbiliTec, closing the gap between online and offline customer information, helping marketers bring together disparate consumer data sources for a single view of customers across all channels.

In addition to the standard AbiliTec offerings of consumer and address links, Acxiom has introduced new ways to expand marketers' capabilities to connect and recognize consumers across households and channels, including the following:

  • Household Link: Recognizes consumers within the four walls of a household and extends the view beyond the physical address. By providing a household link, AbiliTec enables clients to recognize all the consumers in a household, revealing not only the head of household and buyers but the influencers as well.
  • Sparse Data Input: AbiliTec helps marketers achieve omnichannel success with an increased number of sparse input options by matching names and email, phone, IP address, latitude and longitude coordinates, ansd ZIP codes.
