CRM Magazine Publisher Bob Fernekees interviews George Wright, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Infor CRM at CRM Evolution 2013 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Wright talks about the new release of Infor Epiphany, Digital Multi-channel Marketing Solutions 10.0.3, and its ability to interact with large data sets like Hadoop and deliver actionable social insights. He also discusses Infor Epiphany's new interface, designed by Infor’s own in-house digital agency, Hook & Loop, which makes it much more intuitive and easier to use.

This new release allows data from multiple channels, like social, chat, web, email, or even call centers to be managed regardless of whether the data is online, offline, structured, or unstructured. “This allows the right message to be delivered to the right individual, through the right channel,” Wright says.

Wright also talks about Infor’s recent acquisition of Orbis last December, and Orbis’ success in the Marketing Research Management (MRM) space and its fit within Infor’s offerings.

Wright sees the three key differentiators for Infor CRM:

1)      The new, easy-to-use interface incorporated into the new release, which integrates more intuitively with enterprise software.

2)      Infor’s in-house agency, Hook & Loop, which allows them to help their clients deliver value to their clients.

3)      The ability to integrate with large data sets via Hadoop.
